Let yourself embark on an enchanting journey led by Amedy — a passionate storyteller and local entrepreneur growing his family's organic coffee business to an international level.

This immersive workshop takes place in Monte Café, a region known for its rich coffee heritage and lush plantations. Hosted by a family of organic coffee producers, the experience offers a unique insight into the entire coffee-making process.

You’ll explore:

• 🌱 Coffee cultivation and harvesting

• 🔄 Transformation phases: fermentation and drying

• 🔥 Roasting techniques and grinding methods

• ☕ How to brew coffee using different traditional and modern methods

At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with 250 grams of coffee you roasted and prepared yourself — a delicious souvenir of your experience.

Note: Activity is subject to availability depending on the schedule of Mr. Amedy. The content of the workshop may vary accordingly.

This activity includes:

• Portuguese speaking Workshop run by Local Organic Coffee Producer
• Learning about the coffee processes and experiencing
• 250 gr of coffee per participant
• Coffee tasting
